At the time the engagement began, Marsdens had around 50 staff operating from a single office. As it more than tripled in size to over 150 employees across Sydney, Campbelltown, Camden, and Liverpool, its physical IT infrastructure began to sprawl. The business found itself managing 15 separate physical servers across two full cabinets, leading to high power consumption, complex maintenance, and inefficiencies that limited agility. • Dawn patrol monitoring: One of the most innovative services, Dawn Patrol keeps Marsdens networks under surveillance 24×7. The logs are then reviewed by a live consultant at 6:00 am each business day. This service means that any glitches, server issues, or connectivity problems are often caught and resolved before staff arrive in the office.
• Email patrol: Anti-virus and anti-spam software spared Marsdens staff more than 1.45 million spam emails each month.
