How long will a pickup take?

Pickup requests for metropolitan areas will be completed within 5 business days.

Pickup requests from regional areas will be forwarded to our local carrier, who will make contact with you to ensure that your Kyocera Collect package is labelled and ready for pickup. Please allow extra time fo​​r regional pickups.
