Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. (President: Takashi Nagai; herein "Kyocera") is pleased to announce that the integrated circuit (IC) developed by Kyocera primarily for use in A4 multifunction products and printers has obtained certification under the information security standard "FIPS*1 140-3," established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST*2).
