Yachiyo Hospital in Aichi Prefecture is a general hospital that plays a vital role in supporting the local community.
The Cotopat Screen has been installed at the reception desk within the health screening centre, where residents attend for consultations and check-ups. The hospital identified ongoing challenges in communicating effectively with foreign and elderly patients. To address this, Cotopat was introduced to support clearer interactions at reception, helping improve communication with individuals who may face language barriers or hearing difficulties.
